Key Responsibilities: - Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a high-performing AR team to achieve company targets and deadlines.
- Process Oversight: Ensure accurate invoicing, efficient payment collections, and timely reconciliations while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, external clients, and key stakeholders to optimise collections and cash flow.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present AR reports, track performance metrics like DSO, and identify trends to drive strategic improvements.
- Process Improvement: Lead AR-related projects, including system migrations and automation, to streamline operations and enhance customer journeys.
What You’ll Bring: - 5–7 years of experience managing AR teams or similar financial roles, with exposure to onshore and offshore operations.
- Strong understanding of AR processes, accounting principles, and financial systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver on targets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
