What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive ASX Reporting & Compliance – Ensure flawless half-year and annual financial reporting, working with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Lead Financial Strategy & Performance – Own budgeting, forecasting, and decision support for leadership.
• M&A & Growth Execution – Be at the heart of acquisition strategy, leading due diligence and financial integration.
• Leadership & Influence – Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.

What You Need

• CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with extensive ASX reporting experience – this is non-negotiable.
• A proven track record in senior finance leadership, ideally in a high-growth or M&A-focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen – ability to tell the story behind the numbers and influence decisions.
