Some Key Achievements:

• Simplified, standardised, automated core financial and operational processes and functions, including overhauling financial system data management, system interfaces including ‘unlocking’ existing system functionality while building people capability and capacity through new Operating model implementation.
• Transformation Manager lead on Finance ERP replacement project facilitating the Finance ERP feasibility and CoA review with Deloitte, onboarding and supporting off-shored IT team.
• Introduced and successfully implemented three robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives in Finance - AR, AP and tax.
• Partnered with Corporate Services stakeholder group to align on business needs and delivered new comprehensive month end reports that improved reporting deadlines from ~13 to 5 working days within 3 months.
