Position Overview:
The Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for driving and overseeing transformation initiatives within the finance function. You will work closely with senior leadership to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices and technologies to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Transformation Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation strategy that aligns with the company’s broader business goals. Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and technology enhancements to improve financial performance.
- Process Improvement:
Lead efforts to streamline and enhance financial processes, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounts payable/receivable. Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Technology & System Implementation:
Oversee the selection and implementation of new financial technologies and systems, such as ERP platforms, financial planning software, and automation tools. Ensure smooth integration with existing systems and alignment with business needs.
- Project Management:
Lead finance transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. Develop project plans, manage resources, and track progress against milestones.
- Change Management:

Qualifications:
