"Running this show!" "Starting my own business" is NOT the answer.
Here are my thoughts on how best to answer it.
1. Show an Interest in the Job! Prove you can do the job you're applying for first and foremost.
2. Outline a Career Path in the Company.
3.State your Goals as Results.
Where there is NO career path?
4. Master the Job.
